Springfield Catholic student charged after police say he twice sodomized 17-year-old boy

Attorney Dee Wampler discusses the firm’s entry into a new case, where a young man is accused of sodomy of another young man. The News Leader quotes Wampler in the article as saying, “….Cole is a high school senior with a 3.9 grade point average who scored a 32 on the ACT. Wampler said Cole has no prior criminal record.” At this time a request to reduce the bond amount was denied in front of Judge Bacon. More to come on this case in the future.
